Double glazing
Double glazed window replacement
Most of the replacement windows we make today are double glazed. Double glazing puts two panes of glass in the frame with a sealed gap between them filled with argon gas, which slows heat moving in or out of the room and cuts outside noise.
We replace the whole window with a double-glazed aluminium unit, rather than retrofitting a second pane into an old frame. That means the frame, seals and hardware are new too, and the finished window carries a WERS rating for its measured energy performance. Many homeowners replace a tired sliding door or back door along with their windows, so the frames and colours match throughout. We make sliding, bi-fold, hinged and entrance doors in the same powder-coat colours as our windows, and we can quote for them at the same consultation.

2. Check measure
Once you go ahead, a service technician visits to measure every opening precisely, so your windows are made to fit exactly.
3. Made to order in Croydon South
Your windows are made at our factory to your exact measurements, using our NATA-tested aluminium systems. Typical lead time is 5 weeks from the check measure.
4. Professional installation
Our team removes the old windows, installs the new ones and leaves a tidy finish. Most homes can be occupied while the replacement work is being done.
